Payment failed

If a payment doesn’t go through, Paddle will automatically try again several times over the next few days.

But to make sure your banner doesn’t get blocked, you can log in to your billing portal (either from the menu or from the message at the top of your screen) and take care of the payment yourself.

Once you’re in your billing portal, head over to 'Payments'. There you’ll see any payments that need your attention. Just click the failed payment and you’ll have the option to retry it right away or add a new payment method.

Keep in mind: if a payment still isn’t made within 5 days, your banner will be blocked.
