Company and VAT details

To add your company details and VAT number while checking out your subscription, you can do this in 'Step 2' of the checkout popup. Just click 'Add VAT number' to enter all your company info.

Forgot to do this during checkout? No worries, you can fix it in two ways:

1. Email us your company details and VAT number at support@cookieconfirm.com.
   Just note: we can’t change invoices that are already issued, only future ones.

2. Contact Paddle, our payment provider. They can issue a VAT refund for past invoices and update your VAT details for future ones. You can reach them here: https://paddle.net/.
